At The Sealoff, we respect your privacy and confidentiality. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, and process your information when you interact with the The Sealoff website, portal, and API services.
Data Collection & Purpose
We collect your name, email, workspace configuration, and billing contact info to authenticate you and manage your subscription.
When a signoff is executed, we log IP addresses, timestamped approvals, and document SHA-256 hashes to guarantee tamper-proof legal validity.
2. Zero Sale Policy
We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal or project data to third-party data brokers or advertisers under any circumstances. Your project files, contract terms, and client identities belong exclusively to you.
3. Security & Cryptographic Storage
All sensitive project metadata, access tokens, and digital signatures are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and transmitted exclusively over TLS 1.3. Signoff certificates are hashed with SHA-256 to ensure zero tampering.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with trusted infrastructure providers to operate the service, including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (subscription billing), and Cloudflare (edge delivery and DDoS protection).
5. Data Rights & GDPR Compliance
