1. Platform Usage & The Sealoff Standard
The Sealoff is a high-fidelity platform for creators, designers, developers, and agencies to manage client milestones, legally binding digital signoffs, and project gating. By utilizing our platform, you agree to conduct business with professional integrity and honor all digital signoffs executed through the service.
2. Subscription Model & Billing
Access to The Sealoff's suite of features is provided via tiered subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed securely through Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
3. Milestone Gating & Direct Client Billing
The Sealoff provides milestone gating and mutual signoff verification. Freelancers and agencies maintain 100% custody of their project funds through their preferred payment gateways (Stripe Connect, PayPal, Wire, or Escrow). The Sealoff charges 0% commission on client milestones and is not a financial custodian.

4. ESIGN & eIDAS Compliance
Digital signatures executed via The Sealoff are cryptographically signed with SHA-256 hash digests, capturing IP addresses, browser user-agents, and precise UTC timestamps in compliance with the US ESIGN Act and European eIDAS regulation.
5. Account Integrity & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in unlawful conduct, fraudulent milestone representations, or actions that compromise the security or legal validity of The Sealoff infrastructure.
